We work old vines, in classic cup formation, with winter pruning based on respecting the flow of the sap, with very superficial green pruning to protect the grapes and the primary aromas from the sun.<\/p>\n

We use minimally invasive soil management techniques, leaving vegetation cover from September to March to favor the incorporation of organic matter and soil balance.<\/p>
